Product Overview


The integrated purple and infrared line flame monitor is mainly used for flame monitoring of gas and oil-fired industrial burners. When the fuel burns, it radiates a certain frequency of spectrum. The UV sensor continuously collects and analyzes the combustion spectrum. After calculation by the intelligent frequency synthesis module, an analog flame signal is output. The flame signal is processed by the capacitor automatic following drift feedback module circuit to obtain a stable flame signal, thus realizing the automatic matching of the distributed capacitance between the UV sensor and the monitor. The connection distance between the sensor and the monitor can be up to 200 meters without adjusting the capacitance matching potentiometer. At the same time, the monitor is also equipped with a monitoring sensitivity adjustment potentiometer and a flameout delay valve closing adjustment potentiometer, which further facilitates the use of users.
