Automatic ignition control system for flare stack

The torch system is used to vent and burn a large amount of toxic and combustible gases emitted during the startup, shutdown, and accident states of the production device in a timely manner, ensuring the stability and safety of the production device system, protecting the surrounding ecological environment, and making the various indicators of the combustion exhaust gas meet the national environmental protection emission standards. The system mainly includes the station's vent pipeline, vent regulating valve, DCS distributed control system, fuel gas solenoid valve, high-energy igniter, flame detection device, fuel gas pipeline, vent torch pipeline, and automatic ignition monitoring screen.
The ignition system can adopt methods such as direct ignition, ejector pilot light ignition, series-fire pilot light ignition, and combined ignition.
This type of control system is widely used in the venting and combustion of various combustible gases in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, and metallurgy. The venting and combustion media can include combustible gases such as natural gas, associated petroleum gas, coke oven gas, converter gas, producer gas, biogas, and chemical tail gas.
