Plasma igniter

Product Overview      

plasma ignition device is a new type of ignition device developed and produced by our company using advanced electronic technology. It is mainly used for  the ignition of liquid in oilfield gas wells, and can also be used for the ignition of low-calorific value fuel and coal powder. It has a wide range of uses, novel structure,  complete functions, light weight, convenient installation, stable quality, safety and reliability.

Plasma igniter, also known as plasma burner, refers to a burner with the help of high-temperature plasma generated by a plasma generator, which is a kind of internal  combustion burner. The working principle of the plasma igniter is to use DC current to contact the arc in the air of the plasma carrier, and obtain the plasma under the  control of a strong magnetic field. Through the high-temperature zone formed by its own combustion cylinder, the medium is broken and crushed in microseconds to realise  the combustion process.

Use：

1. Connect the ignition rod to the ignition output socket of the ignition box with a high-voltage ignition cable and tighten it.

2. Install the ignition rod on the working position.

3. Turn on the power supply

4. Operation

The igniter is equipped with manual  (on-site) ignition  and remote  control  (remote ignition)

①When using manual: turn on the power switch with the ignition conversion switch in the manual position, that is, the ignition begins.                    At the same time, the manual display and ignition display indicator lights are on, which means that it is igniting. When the fuel is ignited,               the ignition switch should be immediately placed in the reset position, that is, the ignition should be stopped.

②When using a remote remote control to ignite:

Turn on the power switch, the power display light is on, with the ignition conversion switch on the remote control position.                               The remote control display light is on. Operate with the configuration remote control.

First, turn on the power switch on the side of the remote control and press the ignition button to start the ignition.

When the ignition is turned off, press the stop button to stop the ignition.

Note: Pull out the remote control receiving antenna at a distance.

③Because the igniter cannot be ignited continuously for a long time, the circuit is equipped with a time delayer, and                                  each ignition is about 8-10 seconds. That is, stop. To re-ignite, you can turn it off once and restart the ignition again.

④Remote control operation of the ignition: Because the receiving circuit and the remote control box are paired, they cannot be exchanged. Note: Before the ignition is turned on, with the ignition conversion switch in the reset position.
